Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at LoneSport@LoneSport.com.
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without approval will be rejected.
After your return is approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
For exchanges, submit a return request.
Once approved, you may purchase the correct size or item separately.
We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed items

Items without original tags

Sale/discounted items

Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item after reviewing the claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, LONESPORT is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.
