Once we hand the package to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

All LONESPORT names, logos, and designs are trademarks of LoneSport LLC.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LoneSport LLC is powered by Shopify.
Shopify is not a party to your transactions with us and is not liable for purchases, returns, disputes, injuries, or damages related to our products.

You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your use of our Services or your purchases from LONESPORT.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store runs on Shopify’s platform, Shopify may also collect and process your data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
