We work quickly to ensure you receive your LoneSport gear with speed and reliability.
Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Note: During new product drops or high-volume periods, processing times may temporarily extend.

Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier workload, weather, or seasonal delays.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent via email and/or text once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
LONESPORT is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
We will do everything possible to assist, but once the carrier has the package, some aspects are outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We cannot reroute orders after they’ve shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipment fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, LONESPORT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If this occurs, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We will assist where possible, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for stolen packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at:
